Our new range of unisex t-shirts are made from certified organic cotton and recycled poly rPET blend (60% organic cotton, 40% recycled poly rPET) that makes the fabric more durable and heavyweight. It saves at least 4 plastic bottles from ending up in a landfill, or worse. So, if you’re searching for a unique and sustainable way to express yourself, look no further! Tote bags are made from 100% certified organic cotton.

Limited Edition South Kona T-Shirt

All South Kona limited edition t-shirts typically ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. We ship via USPS to all 50 states from Horizon Guest House. We do not currently ship these particular t-shirts internationally (please see the rest of our products, including our new range of t-shirts, which are all eligible for international shipping).

Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our shop we have no control of the route it takes. Please let us know if you need any help with questions regarding tracking.

Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery – When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The
shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

●USA: 3–4 business days
●Europe: 6–8 business days
●Australia: 2–14 business days
●Japan: 4–8 business days
●International: 10–20 business days

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19
Fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase
until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain,
including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling
with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.

Delivery – Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee
is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs
policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs
office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery
address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post
office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by sending us a message with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Delivery – How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have
any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us a message.

Limited Edition South Kona T-Shirt

All returned South Kona limited edition t-shirts must be in the condition in which you received them. We do not accept t-shirts that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. T-shirts can be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

Receipt must be present and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds (less shipping charge) will be processed once received. You will receive an email notification.

Exchanges: We encourage you to order your new size ASAP. This ensures your size will not be sold out by the time we receive your return. As soon as we receive your return back in our store, we will refund your order. The customer is responsible for both shipping charges.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns – I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve
this for you quickly, please send us a message within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns – Policy Details
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or
damaged items. If any of these apply, please get in contact with us and have images of the wrong or damaged item ready, and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit
better, check out our sizing charts (for relevant items) —we have one for every item listed on our
store, in the product description section.
